Session Description

Do you ever have the feeling that your existing sponsorship, exhibiting, and/or advertising programs should be generating more revenue than they do? Maybe your renewal rate is lower than you think it should be. Or perhaps you aren’t bringing in as many new customers as you’d like. This sixty-minute webinar will enable you to identify what’s holding you back from maximizing your non-dues revenue programs so you can make changes that will positively impact results in 2024 and beyond.

This webinar is a companion piece to this year’s New Ideas Conference session titled, “Check Your Couch Cushions: Increasing Non-Dues Revenue From Existing Programs.” If you’re planning to attend that in-person session, then the webinar will help you identify your high-priority improvement areas in advance. Common pain points among webinar participants will receive additional attention during the in-person session, as well.

Note: This webinar will be relevant to all attendees, regardless of whether you also attend the New Ideas Conference session. Session will not be recorded or be available on-demand.

Meet Carrie McIntyre

Carrie McIntyre has been in the association industry for 30 years in sales and customer success roles. She founded Navigate to help associations increase non-dues revenue by aligning member value with industry partner results, fixing internal sales operations, coaching staff in sales roles, and turning association customers into enthusiastic advocates.

She started her career working for several DC-area associations in marketing and membership roles. She then worked for several for-profit companies that helped associations generate non-dues revenue in both sales and customer experience roles and helped build two successful sales teams and sales operations from scratch. Carrie is a member of ASAE, TSAE, and the Professionals for Association Revenue and a regular speaker at in-person and virtual events on sales-related topics.
