Education Session Proposal

Share Your Expertise: Speak at a TSAE Event!

TSAE welcomes proposals from members, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and professional speakers who want to serve a dynamic community of association professionals through engaging, practical education.

Proposal Submissions Are Currently Closed

We are not accepting new education session proposals at this time.

Our proposal process will reopen in summer 2026. When submissions reopen, a link to the proposal form will appear on this page.

To help our team plan efficiently, please do not email staff to submit a proposal or request an exception. All proposals must be submitted through the official form when it becomes available.

Get to Know the TSAE Audience

When you speak at a TSAE event, you're engaging with a unique and influential group:

  • Primary Audience: Our core attendees are association professionals from state and national organizations. This includes a broad spectrum of roles like CEOs, Meeting Planners, Membership, Marketing, Communications, and Education Coordinators and Directors.
  • Secondary Audience: We also welcome industry professionals who provide valuable services to the association community, such as hoteliers, Convention and Visitors' Bureaus, and business solutions providers.

Our audience values educational experiences that foster meaningful connections and deliver relevant, up-to-date insight they can apply immediately.

Speaking with TSAE is also a strong way to showcase your expertise to organizations that frequently seek speakers and consultants to advance their missions.

Important Information to Review Before You Submit

To ensure a smooth submission process and a successful partnership, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • One submission per speaker: Each individual may submit only one proposal.
  • Pro bono opportunities: TSAE operates on a limited budget; most speaking engagements are pro bono.
  • Member-driven content: Educational priorities are set by member committees, and proposals must align with identified needs. Not every general topic will be selected.
  • Collaborate for impact (affiliate/vendor guidance): Affiliates and vendors are strongly encouraged to co-present with an association professional to provide real-world context and maximize attendee value.
  • No sales pitches: Promotional or sales-focused presentations are strictly prohibited.
