Speaker Considerations
TSAE events are operated on a limited budget. The majority of speakers who present to TSAE members are pro bono speakers.
TSAE event attendees are made up of CEOs, Meeting Planners, and other professionals who work at State and National organizations. Speaking at TSAE events is an opportunity to demonstrate your abilities as a speaker to the audience.
Committees set educational priorities for each event. Not all general topics may be sought.
The TSAE audience prefers educational experiences that connect them to other attendees. While lecture sessions are acceptable, using small/large activities to help engage audience is highly recommended.
Affiliates/vendors are strongly encouraged to co-present with an association professional who can provide direct knowledge of service or product.
Sales pitches are not allowed.
