Get to Know the TSAE Audience
When you speak at a TSAE event, you're engaging with a unique and influential group:
- Primary Audience: Our core attendees are association professionals from state and national organizations. This includes a broad spectrum of roles like CEOs, Meeting Planners, Membership, Marketing, Communications, and Education Coordinators and Directors.
- Secondary Audience: We also welcome industry professionals who provide valuable services to the association community, such as hoteliers, Convention and Visitors' Bureaus, and business solutions providers.
Our audience values educational experiences that foster meaningful connections and provide relevant, up-to-date information directly applicable to their work and their members.
Speaking with TSAE is a prime opportunity to showcase your capabilities to organizations that actively seek expert speakers and consultants to advance their missions.
Important Information Before You Submit Your Session
To ensure a smooth submission process and a successful partnership, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- One Submission Per Speaker: We kindly ask that each individual submit only one proposal.
- Pro Bono Opportunities: TSAE operates on a limited budget, so most speaking engagements are on a pro bono basis.
- Member-Driven Content: Our educational priorities are set by dedicated member committees. We seek proposals that align with these specific needs, so not all general topics may be selected.
- Collaborate for Impact: If you're an affiliate or vendor, we strongly encourage you to co-present with an association professional. This collaboration offers attendees direct, real-world insight into the application of services or products, maximizing value.
- No Sales Pitches: To maintain the integrity and educational focus of our content, promotional sales pitches are strictly prohibited.
Proposal Deadlines:
- Women's Summit Sessions: Submit by September 19, 2025.
- All Other Session Proposals: Submit by December 5, 2025.
We're excited by the prospect of partnering with you to deliver impactful content to the TSAE community!
