Join us for an eight-month, transformative program designed to elevate your leadership and management skills, infuse innovation and strategic thinking into your processes, and connect you with peers who share your industry goals.

Eligibility and Application Process:
Up to 15 Association Professionals with the following eligibility requirements will be selected to participate.
- 3-5 years of experience of working at on association
- Only one applicant from an organization will be considered.
- All materials must be turned in by Wednesday, January 31, 2024
To apply, please complete the application and submit a letter of support from your direct supervisor. All materials must be received by January 31, 2024. February 16, 2024.

Accelerate TSAE Program Includes:
Three Education Sessions (4-5 Hours Each)
Dive deep into focused educational sessions designed to equip you with the latest insights, strategies, and skills relevant to the dynamic realms of Technology, Strategy, and Advanced Leadership. Led by industry experts, these sessions are carefully curated to provide you with actionable knowledge that can be immediately applied to your professional journey.
Earn 14 CAE Hours
As part of our commitment to your professional development, the program offers 14 Continuing Association Executive (CAE) hours. These hours are a testament to the high-quality educational content and strategic insights you'll gain throughout the cohort experience, contributing to your ongoing professional certification.
Structured Mentoring Program
Receive personalized guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals who have excelled in their fields. Our structured mentoring program pairs you with experienced mentors, providing you with valuable insights, advice, and a supportive network to navigate your career challenges and opportunities.
Completion of Community Service Project
Contribute meaningfully to your community through a hands-on community service project. Apply your skills and knowledge acquired during the program to create a positive impact. This experience fosters a sense of social responsibility and leadership, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
Participation in a TSAE Event or Periodical as a Thought Leader
Showcase your expertise and thought leadership by actively participating in a TSAE event or contributing to periodicals. This platform allows you to share your insights, connect with industry professionals, and position yourself as a thought leader in the dynamic fields of technology, strategy, and leadership.

Cost and Payment:
The cost of Accelerate TSAE is $995 for a TSAE member, $1295 for a nonmember. Payment will be requested for each applicant upon notification of acceptance to the program. Payment must be received no later than March 1, 2024. Participants traveling to sessions must also provide their own transportation and hotel accommodation.
