Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will no longer be issued from this point forward as final counts and orders have been provided to the venues. Registration transfers are STILL available from TSAE member to member at no charge. Transfers from a TSAE member to non-member will pay the difference in registration fees. Member account credit to use for future events is not available. If you would like to submit an appeal to still be considered for a cancellation refund, please submit your request in writing to info@tsae.org with details for the exception.
