Steven serves as the chief paid staff of TSAE. He reports to the Board of Directors, carries out TSAE’s mission and goals, oversees overall administration and operation, and manages finances.

Ronika cultivates and maintains the strategic partnerships that sustain and expand business opportunities for TSAE. She oversees all aspects of the TSAE Open and provides vital input for annual events, including the New Ideas Conference, Women's Summit, Celebration Luncheon, and TSAE's Silent Auction.

Marketing & Communications Director
Kristy manages and coordinates TSAE’s communications, marketing, and publication efforts. She oversees the organization’s marketing strategy and promotional efforts with TSAE's many initiatives. She is the lead for the TSAE website, online community, digital marketing strategies, and TSAE's magazine Association Leadership.
