The CEO/VL Workshop provides a relationship-building experience for a CEO/Executive Director and their organization's Volunteer Leader. It is an opportunity to reach common understandings of Roles, Responsibilities, and Relationship within the association's governance and strategy.

Participants will leave the session with a collaboratively developed plan-of-action to enhance board performance.
