About the Program

By 2020, 46 percent of U.S. workers will be Millennials while the generation preceding, Generation X, represents only 16 percent of the workforce.

The low numbers of Gen Xers, combined with the increasing retirement of Baby Boomers, means that employers will be facing leadership gaps.

Millennials will need to fill those gaps.

This session examines what this generation feels is important in a job and offers business leaders some practical tips on how to keep this generation engaged and retained.
