About the Program
Because you are the face of your association, your networking skills can influence your success in engaging and retaining members. Attending business networking events and meeting new/potential members can be a dreaded activity for introverts. Learn how you can incorporate strategies that maximize your efforts and create positive connections.
During this Learn@Lunch, you'll learn how to make a positive first impression when interacting at networking functions through:
- Confident introductions
- The art of small talk
- Creating genuine connections
- Working a room
About the Speaker
Antoinette Griffin is a certified John Maxwell team coach, trainer and speaker, working with individuals and associations in the areas of leadership, sales, communication, and goal achievement.
Antoinette and her husband John, formed Griff Development five years ago, which provides customized leadership and communication training at associations’ annual and regional conferences, webinars, and educational forums.
Learn @ Lunch is a quick and easy way to get education and networking with little interruption to your work week. Bring your lunch, meet with your peers and learn about some of today's hottest association topics from a speaker or in an idea-sharing setting while you eat. (Includes 1 CAE hour)

Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancelations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee. If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
TSAE is a CAE Approved Provider. Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies.
