About the Program

Join us for our next Learn@Lunch to explore how you can create a strong foundation for an ethically-based culture at your organization.

The program will:

  • Examine company values for an ethically-based culture and who shapes these values within your company.
  • Review the culture drives for the four employee life cycles in your company - hiring practices, onboarding, development, and separation.
  • Teach strategies for developing a top-tier talent for each life cycle.

Beginning with CAE certificants due to renew in 2020, of the 40 credits required, one credit must be focused on ethics. This program meets that requirement.
