About the Program

Whether you lead others or you are navigating the world of personal leadership, nothing is more crucial to your success than your ability to master fear and change. Fear and change are our constant companions. Extreme or subtle, they usually come as a pair. Without proper attention, fear can thwart necessary change, or even trigger unnecessary change. If it isn’t fear that is impacting change, then it is often change that is generating fear. The ability to decipher types of fear will allow you to implement the appropriate strategy for overcoming fear and adapting to change, whether that’s in your personal life, or in an organization or team that you lead. After this session you will:

  • Understand the impacts of fear and its relation to change
  • Be able to distinguish between different types of fear
  • Implement appropriate strategies to overcome fear and get the results you need

About the Program

Your event program is going to crush it! You’ve put your blood, sweat and tears into producing phenomenal content that your audience craves. But then, it’s delivered in the same dry 1995 lecture format that has been proven to destroy retention. This session will inspire you to design new experiences that are proven to enhance audience learning, promote connections and treat your content like the king it was meant to be.
