Preventing and defending against attacks on social media is one of today's hottest topics for businesses, governments and non-profits.

This month's Learn@Lunch will utilize case studies and videos to focus on the key factors and strategies that allow organizations to anticipate and address controversies that threaten their reputation in social and mainstream media.

About the Speaker

David Margulies

A nationally recognized expert on crisis communications and social media, David Margulies represented Oprah Winfrey when she was sued by Texas cattlemen and works with trade associations in the real estate and security industries on legislative and educational issues. Has appeared on Today, The O'Reilly Factor, CNN and in major print publications as an expert on crisis management.  The Margulies firm has been in business for 31 years and represents clients based in the U.S., Mexico and Europe.

Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancelations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee. If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.

TSAE is a CAE Approved Provider. Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies.
