About the Program

The top social media marketing tools and tactics change rapidly, as one company after another rises, then falls. One year, Snapchat is the next big thing, the next, they are a marginal player. Periscope is going to revolutionize the world, then it's not even mentioned anymore. 

So what tactics and tools work for 2018?

This session will walk you through the tools that are irrelevant by recent changes (you might be surprised), along with the tactics you should avoid (lots changed in 2017). We’ll also review the tools and tips that will help you succeed in current social media marketing campaigns, along with any structural updates.

About the Program

Building an effective team is one of the bigger challenges managers face. Yet, when it comes to successfully attracting, selecting, and onboarding the best-fitting candidates, associations seem to double down on the same old selection and interview techniques.

Although implementing any amount of rigor and methodology into your hiring processes can lead to lower hiring failure rates, it's important to consider factors that reach far beyond anything you would see on a resume or be able to pick up in an interview.

Once you have the right candidate, how do you manage them to keep them productive? Organizations with a highly-engaged workforce have managers who are highly invested in understanding and supporting their employees' individual drives and needs. To give you objective, tangible, concrete behavioral data RH Sweeney uses a scientific tool called Predictive Index.

With good management comes an electric company culture devoid of misunderstanding and misalignment.

When engagement is strong, a company will flourish. But the costs of getting engagement wrong are extreme. Disengaged managers alone account for somewhere between $77 billion and $96 billion in costs annually and it is estimated that $11 billion is lost annually due to employee turnover which is often the direct result of low engagement."    

This session focuses on engagement and the four aspects that create engaged employees. Part of engagement is understanding how you approach co-workers, challenges, and finding solutions. As part of this session,  you will receive a scientifically based behavioral assessment. When you understand someone's behavioral drives you can them measure the four aspects of engagement.

Refunds

Transfers/substitutions are welcome prior to the date of the program. Cancelations received in writing at the TSAE office five (5) business days prior to the program will receive a refund – minus a 20% percent handling fee. If you do not cancel or transfer prior to the program date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
 

TSAE is a CAE Approved Provider. Every program that we offer which qualifies for CAE credit will clearly identify the number of CAE credits granted for full participation, and we will maintain records of your participation in accord with CAE policies.
