About the Program

Negotiating hotel contracts shouldn’t be a complex process. Hotels write contracts that favor themselves, but you want to negotiate a fair agreement that protects your organization, guarantees your members the lowest available guestroom rates, provides appropriate meeting space, and offers all of the upgrades and concessions your members expect.

How do you get what you want? This session will provide hints and tips from a panel of meeting professionals' real-life experiences so that you can get the best deal for your association.
