Peer Power-Ups
Peer Power-Ups are a quarterly series of virtual roundtable discussions exclusively for TSAE members. This year we are enhancing with breakout rooms to create deeper, more focused peer-to-peer conversations at one time. Designed to maximize engagement and idea-sharing, this format places participants into small breakout groups centered on shared challenges, interests, or roles. These focused discussions allow members to dive deeper into real-world issues, exchange practical solutions, and learn directly from one another in a collaborative setting.
Each Peer Power-Up explores key pillars of association management, including Membership, Marketing and Communications, Meetings, Exhibits and Events, Sponsorship and Revenue Growth, DEIA, and Advocacy. There are no formal speakers — these sessions rely on the collective expertise of TSAE members to drive meaningful dialogue and actionable takeaways. Registrants are encouraged to submit questions or challenges in advance, helping shape breakout room discussions and ensuring conversations are relevant and impactful.
- Peer Power-Ups do not include a speaker and are fully peer-driven.
- Registrants may submit questions/challenges prior to the session.
- The Zoom link will be emailed no later than 3:00 PM the day before the program.
