Congratulations to our 2020 TSAE Award Winners. Winners were honored on December 15 at the Awards Celebration Social.
TSAE Awards recognize those members who make significant contributions to their association, business, and the industry. Award nominations for 2021 will open in May.

The Professional Excellence Award recognizes individuals who have made exceptional contributions to their association and demonstrate abilities for continued high levels of achievement in the field of association management.
Young Professional Leadership

The YP Leadership Award honors a TSAE member for professional achievement during their early years of TSAE membership. They go beyond the call of duty in service to TSAE, encourage participation and exemplify qualities of leadership and professionalism.
Tiffany McGee, CAE, and Theresa Parsons, CAE, CMP, receive Chairman’s Award
Tiffany Wehner McGee, CAE, Chief Executive Officer, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (2020-21 TSAE Board Chair) and Theresa Parsons, CAE, CMP, Executive Director, Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education, were also honored with the 2020 Chairman’s Award by Immediate Past Chair Tracy Tomson, CAE, this December.
The award is given each year by the outgoing TSAE Board Chairman to a person or persons who has helped them in their year serving as chair. This may be a mentor, staff member, colleague, or anyone else who has served as inspiration or assisted the chair throughout their service on the board.
