About the Program

Budget managers are being asked by organizational leadership to do serious forecasting and cash planning for 2020/2021. It is hard to predict what is going to happen to organizational finances during this unusual time so how do you know where to start?

For those that oversee a departmental budget for your organization, your forecasting skills are being put to the test. Join us for this webinar as we explore tips and tricks you can use on creating a realistic forecast and how to assist with organizational cash planning. Learn how to present your predictions to your CEO/Executive Director or even your volunteer leadership like your Board of Directors.
