For those that oversee a departmental budget for your organization, your forecasting skills are being put to the test. Join us for this webinar as we explore tips and tricks you can use on creating a realistic forecast and how to assist with organizational cash planning. Learn how to present your predictions to your CEO/Executive Director or even your volunteer leadership like your Board of Directors.
