The CEO/Volunteer Leader Forum provides an educational and relationship building experience for CEOs/Executive Directors and volunteer leaders. This interactive workshop provides CEOs/Executive Directors and volunteer leaders an opportunity to reach a common understanding of roles, responsibilities, and relationships in association governance and strategy. Participants will leave the session with a collaboratively developed plan of action to enhance board performance.
Includes working lunch and reception.
