This interactive, intense symposium builds on the TSAE’s CEO/Volunteer Leader Forum* and is designed to strengthen CEO strategic management and strategic problem-solving capability. In addition to exploring strategic management and strategic problem-solving theory, participants will leave with the tools they need to create a strategic thinking culture that permeates their organization and techniques they can employ to fully integrate the strategic plan into the organization and its operations.
