About

Antoinette Griffin, a John Maxwell faculty member, guides this limited, four-part leadership virtual series on the leading teams through crises. Be a part of this limited cohort and participate in this practical and timely series with your association peers. Up to 12 members may participate; first come, first served. Please make sure all dates work with your schedule before registering.

Session I (Tuesday, April 28, 1:00 - 2:00 PM): Defining Reality in Crisis

During a crisis, bad leadership precipitates a faster fall while good leadership offers steadiness and perseverance. Learn four ways to lead while being realistic about the circumstances.
 

Session II (Tuesday, May 5, 1:00 - 2:00 PM): Battling Distractions

When leaders get distracted, they lose sight of reality, lose touch with hope, and fall prey to anxiety, which in turn, infects their people. Learn how to battle distractions in crisis and get traction in the direction you want to go.
 

Session III (Tuesday, May 12, 1:00 - 2:00 PM): Character in Crisis

Our choices shape our character, and a crisis simply reveals the results of those choices. Learn how to adapt to your environment and make good choices while living out your values.
 

Session IV (Tuesday, May 19, 1:00 - 2:00 PM): How To Lead Well In Crisis

People want to see and connect with their leader when things are uncertain. Learn three things a leader should do to successfully lead in a crisis.
 

About the Presenter

As an Executive Director and faculty member with the John Maxwell Team, Antoinette Griffin is an executive coach, speaker, trainer, and facilitator. Her company, Griff Development provides coaching for business leaders and customized training for corporations and teams to excel in leadership, business building, confidence and communication, and goal achievement.

She is also an instructor at the University of Texas Center for Professional Education. Antoinette is a graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Management, a DISC certified Human Behavior Consultant.
