Dive into a dynamic live-virtual session exclusively for association education professionals where YOU set the agenda! Share your biggest challenges, seek advice, and brainstorm solutions with your fellow professionals. Engage in lively discussions facilitated by your peers, collaborate on creative solutions to common education challenges, and build valuable relationships within the association community.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify common barriers and organizational patterns that inhibit the integration of DEIB principles into everyday behaviors, systems, and decision-making.
- Apply peer-generated strategies and tools to foster inclusion and belonging in their own teams, meetings, and programs.
- Develop personal and organizational accountability practices that ensure DEIB commitments translate into measurable and sustained action.
