2024 Proposed Bylaw Changes Are Currently Underway

In June, a Governance Review Task Force recommended amendments to the TSAE bylaws for a new structure to the Board of Directors. The recommendation was approved by the TSAE Board of Directors at the June 18 board meeting. To learn about the process leading up to these details and amendments, click the button below.
The new structure includes the formation of three new officer positions: Board Development Officer, Finance Officer, and Foresight Officer to join the Board Chair, Chair-Elect, Immediate Past Chair, and Executive Director as ex-officio as the full Executive Committee.
Per TSAE Bylaws, TSAE members must be notified of the proposed changes 30 days before voting occurs. Voting members (identified in the bylaws as the Association Professional Category members) will receive an email on August 30 asking them to vote on the changes electronically by September 13.
