2023-2024 Board Slate

The Nominating Committee met on March 8th to nominate members to fill TSAE Officer and Board of Director positions beginning in June 2023. The slate was approved by the TSAE Board on Wednesday, March 29th. Below is the slate of new Officers and Board of Directors.
2023-2024 New Board Members:
- Amy Brown, CMP, Senior Vice President, Convention Sales & Services, Visit Fort Worth (Fort Worth)
- Lindsey Jost, CAE, Associate Director, Career & Technical Association of Texas (Austin)
- Shirley Robinson, CAE, Executive Director, Texas Library Association (Austin)
- Kanice Spears, CMP, Membership & Fund Development Director, Texas Trial Lawyers Association (Austin)
2023-2024 New Board Members (fulfilling vacant terms - ending 2024):
- Kent Prickett, MBA, CAE, Executive Director, Infinity Management for Professional Associations & Societies (Austin)
- Gloria Terry, CEO, Texas Council of Family Violence (Austin)
2023-2024 Officers:
- Board Chair: Trevor Mitchell, MBA, FASAE, CAE, CDP, Executive Director/CEO, American Mensa
- Chair-Elect: Paulina van Eeden Hill, CAE, Vice President of Partner Services, Strategic Association Management

The TSAE Bylaws provide the opportunity for additional nominees to be proposed through a petition process.
If no nominations are made by petition to TSAE by Thursday, June 1, 2023 the slate as submitted will be considered to be elected by acclamation. The new board will be installed in late June at the Board of Directors retreat.
