When is my TSAE membership up for renewal?
All TSAE membership types follow a calendar year model of May 1-April 30 with a 30-day grace period. For example, if you join on May 20, 2024, the renewal date is April 30, 2025.
How long before my membership becomes active?
Your TSAE membership will be active within 48 hours of TSAE receiving your membership application and payment.
If I purchase a membership, is the entire organization now a member?
No, TSAE memberships are for individual use only and membership benefits cannot be shared or distributed to non-members.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the Member Login button on the TSAE website and select Forgot Password. If you have a valid email address on file, you will receive a link to reset your password.
I recently changed jobs; can I transfer my membership to my new company or receive a refund?
If you purchased your TSAE membership with your personal funds, the membership stays with you. However, if your organization purchased your membership or reimburses you, the membership belongs to the organization and cannot be transferred. All membership dues are non-refundable.
Are my log-in credentials for TSAE Member Portal, Online Community, and Webinars the same?
Not necesarily, your member portal and online community have a single sign-on, that login will be the same. For webinars, a log-in must be created after joining as they are separate, 3rd party resource.
We’ve recently added a new employee that’s replacing a current TSAE member; how do we transfer the membership?
All membership transfers must be submitted by using a Membership Transfer Request Form to info@tsae.org.
I was a member of TSAE through my organization and recently lost my job. Can I remain a member?
TSAE offers an Associate Membership you can purchase for $99/year to continue receiving access to member benefits. Please contact info@tsae.org to request a change in membership. Certain conditions do apply.
