About the Program

What if you could maintain your poise, your good mood, your energy and your health no matter what crazy stuff happens on your trip? Anyone that travels for work will tell you that it can be very stressful from almost every perspective. We are traveling for business for a reason, and if we can’t perform at our best, it could impact our goals (the sale, member engagement, speech, etc.).

This session includes:

  • Smart packing, getting through security, thriving on the plane; creating a homey hotel room experience; and hydration secrets.
  • Optimize your experience, both business and personal – staying well, balancing jet lag, sleeping on the road.
  • Maintain the balance of good health and business profitability – ways to exercise, experience your destination and perform at your best.
