Why Every Association Needs a Workplace Issues Committee

Workplace issues continue to be the biggest obstacles that companies face when they try to achieve their goals. Moreover, labor and employment lawsuits make up 25% of all pending federal court cases. No employer, and thus no association, can ignore workplace issues. In this session, attendees will discover how to aid their members with workplace issues by establishing a committee to continually provide support to members, developing an education program that will members will love, and encouraging member engagement on these issues.
