As associations consider applying and start preparing their applications, this webinar will provide a detailed overview of the relief options now available to 501(c)6 organizations.

Julie founded CFO by design in 2012 with the vision of supporting executives and organizations by using finances as the foundation for organizational excellence. Since then Julie has had the privilege of working with DMO’s and associations across the nation. Julie’s experience does not follow the traditional path and includes serving two terms on the City Council in Bastrop. Julie is known for her expertise in developing easy to understand financial statements, training of executives and boards and taking a long-term, holistic strategic planning approach to organizational finances.

 

Bryan Grimaldi, Counsel, Greenberg Trauirg, LLP
Bryan Grimaldi is a lawyer with the national law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, counseling corporate clients, trade associations, destination marketing organizations, and public-private partnerships (P3) nationwide providing industry-specific, cost effective, outside counsel services, operational consulting, and lobbying services. He draws from his nearly 15 years as Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at NYC & Company, Inc, the destination marketing organization for New York City.

He previously served as General Counsel in the Mayor’s Office of International Affairs, where he provided legal counsel and support to city agencies and senior administration officials in dealings with the United Nations, foreign governments, diplomats, and federal agencies.  Prior to joining the Mayor’s Office, Mr. Grimaldi practiced law in the private sector where he represented several large investment firms and corporate clients engaged in securities lending and fixed income finance transactions, SEC compliance issues and management of corporate matters.
