COVID-19 has caused all of us to talk about “adaptation.” We often think of adaptation because of a major event that demands a change in status quo. But is this how adaptation works? By delving into the lessons learned from nearly two dozen interviews with association, business, and nonprofit leaders, attendees will discover what important changes were made before the pandemic hit that allowed some organizations to thrive in difficult times.
This session will be an examination of technology, leadership, and culture as we all start thinking about the post-COVID world.
