Having a baseline understanding of finance and how associations manage their accounting can be helpful as you begin your association career. As part of The Essential Elements of Association Management, this session along with the others in the series will provide an introduction for new professionals in the association industry.

Julie Hart has had the privilege of working with DMO's and associations across the nation. Julie is known for her expertise in budget development, forecasting and easy to understand financial statements. A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Julie has been actively involved in her community, including serving as a two-term council member in Bastrop, Texas.
