Association Innovation Lab: AI Immersion for Association Professionals
Association Innovation is a day-long program designed for association professionals who want to build practical, real-world skills in using Artificial Intelligence to enhance their work. Blending high-level insights with hands-on application, this program helps participants understand what AI can do today—and how to use it to improve workflows, streamline tasks, and better serve their members.
The day features a mix of general sessions for all experience levels and interactive workshops where attendees will practice using AI tools, create effective prompts, and experiment with workflow enhancements directly relevant to association operations.
Participants will leave with:
- A clear understanding of how AI is impacting associations
- Practical techniques to increase efficiency and strengthen member value
- Frameworks for selecting and using AI tools responsibly
- Hands-on experience designing prompts and building AI-supported workflows
- Actionable ideas attendees can implement immediately

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is 14 days prior to the event. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. Cancellations received in writing to the TSAE office at info@tsae.org before 14 days in advance, will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee. Registration transfers are available from TSAE member to member at no charge. Transfers from a TSAE member to non-member will pay the difference in registration fees. Member account credit to use for future events is not available.
