We are pleased to announce the release of our 2013 Compensation Survey.  This report on executive & staff salaries, personnel practices, and fringe benefits, categorized by budget classification and association type is helpful to CEOs and their board in determining salaries and benefits.

This Compensation includes two reports, one with information from the 21 participating State Societies and one from the Texas Society. Compensation is reported for positions in trade associations and professional societies in all budget sizes. The positions defined for the survey include the chief paid executive, the deputy chief paid executive, staff specialists, and clerical positions. The compensation breakdowns are by budget size, association type, and regional location.

The Survey is $216.50 for TSAE members; $324.75 for non-members (includes tax).
